How do I recover my Ochsner workday username? ›

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyOchsner help desk at 1-877-339-2637 to help you regain access to your MyOchsner account.

If you have forgotten your password, please visit MyPassword.Ochsner.org to reset. Please note that Epic training conducted at other institutions will not be admissible at Ochsner. For any issues or questions please review the attachment sent with your ADID and temporary password.

After several failed password attempts, your account will lock itself for security reasons. You can unlock your account by clicking on the Forgot Password link and resetting your password. A password reset link will be sent to the email registered with your Workday account.

If you've forgotten your temporary password or typed it wrong, you can try again. You can also reset your password by contacting the Call Center at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325). You've entered an expired password. Please enter a new password.

Your MyOchsner Username has been sent to the e-mail address on file with your account. If the information you submitted matched a MyOchsner account in our records, your username has been sent to the email address on file.

On the I-9 Welcome page, enter the Ochsner Employer Code 13992 for in the Employer Name or Code field.

How do I access Epic Ochsner? ›

You will need your Ochsner ID and password for log in to the Ochsner network. Read these Accessing Epic Instructions (after page loads, select the "Use external login" option at bottom) found in the HUB Knowledge Base. If you still have issues accessing Epic, contact the IS Service Desk at 504-842-3610.
