Leverage your shopping at stores that give loyal customers discounts at the pump. Hmmm, I think we are onto something here Ravi. 😉

As a leader, if an employee didn’t perform a task correctly or didn’t complete it, isn't that ultimately your responsibility?Blaming employees is the fastest way to lose your job. Before pointing fingers, step back and ask yourself, “What could I have done differently?” Self-evaluation is important in leadership roles. It’s not just about assigning tasks but ensuring your team has the - support- guidance- resources that they need to succeed. As Dr. Abdul Kalam wisely said, “A leader should know how to manage failure.” Great leaders reflect on their own actions first, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. In my opinion true leadership is not about finding someone to blame but about guiding your team towards collective success.Think of failures as learning opportunities, and you’ll build a stronger, more resilient team.Do you take charge of your team’s performance?...#leadership #teamwork #goodleadership

I love to share the big and small wins of my family. It is my constant source of inspiration in life. Today I want to share the wonderful news about my niece, Eesha Atluri, who just got admitted to her dream university, the University of Michigan, to study Computer Science! I still remember how as a child, Esha was quiet and observant, but as she grew, we discovered her true nature: focused, determined, and incredibly creative. Today, I reminisce about visiting her family's newly remodelled home which awakened me. The innovative designs, the choice of materials, and the harmonious blend of furniture that all of us loved were all her doing. It was the first time when I saw her vision and creativity and today seeing her hard work pay off and her dreams come true is truly inspiring.Your journey has just begun, and I can't wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish!...#achievements #congratulations #proud

“Download this app to make your grocery purchase a steal deal.”Why do you think that all of a sudden companies are realizing that mobile apps are an incredibly powerful way to build customer loyalty? It’s because of ‘Reward Systems’- a strong incentive for customers to keep coming back.Reward systems work by earning points or virtual stamps for purchases, check-ins, viewing ads, and other app actions. Once enough points are collected, they can be redeemed for discounts, free items, upgrades, and more by customers. And it’s a win-win for both!Customers get to earn great perks just for being a loyal customer and companies get to increase customer retention, gather valuable data, and drive more sales through the app!But rewards aren’t just the thing. Mobile apps also benefit brands in other big ways like:- Push Notifications- Seamless Purchase Experience- Personalized User ExperienceSo, if you are a grocery business owner then mentioned below are 3 unique ways you can make your app experience unforgettable:- Allow customers to browse the weekly circular and build shopping lists in the app.- Surface personalized recipe recommendations and let people instantly add ingredients to their cart.- Enable in-store navigation to locate items on someone's shopping list quicklyYour apps are not just another sales channel, but a way to deeply engage with customers and make their lives a little easier and more rewarding daily. What's one unique way you'd like to see brands leverage mobile apps?...#appdevelopment #mobileapps #pushnotifications

As a proud parent, it warms my heart to see the young ones channelling their youthful energy into a productive venture. So recently my son and his friends have taken a plunge into the world of small business by starting their very own neighborhood hand car wash.At such a young age, they've exhibited an impressive business mindset and a willingness to learn!By this not only they are learning invaluable lessons about hard work, customer service, and money management, but they're also getting a taste of the sweet satisfaction that comes from earning one's keep. And as a father I want to be the biggest cheerleader, basking in the pride of watching them pursue their dreams!Shoutout to Bharath Achanta, Parum Patel, Ethan Suand Genji Matsuyama(the crew) for their awesome neighbourhood hand car wash business.Their Instagram Account is here https://lnkd.in/gCuFF6Xw ...#business #entrepreneurship #carwash

What is your take on a dog-friendly workplace?I genuinely believe that a dog-friendly workplace can lead to a happier, more productive workforce and foster a sense of community and belonging. As the boundaries between work and life continue to blur, more companies are recognizing the value of allowing employees to bring their furry friends to the office. However, creating a successful dog-friendly environment requires careful planning and consideration. So here are a few tips to build a pawsitive workplace:Develop a comprehensive pet policy that outlines rules and expectations for employees bringing dogs to work. - Designate specific areas for dogs to relieve themselves.- Set aside dedicated spaces for dogs to take breaks, play, and socialize. - Encourage employees to be mindful of their pet's behavior and needs.- Recognize that not all employees may be comfortable around dogs, and respect their preferences. - And finally, embrace the presence of dogs in the workplace by organizing pet-themed events and photo-sharing opportunities! As a dog lover, I am quite convinced that a pawsitive workplace is a good way to reduce stress, increase employee satisfaction, and ensure a more collaborative and inclusive culture. Is your workplace dog-friendly?...#dogfriendlyoffice #worklifebalance #doglove
