This isthe BEST location! Jay and Luis were sohelpful! Igot mybattery from another place and they didn’t have the abattery saver toput inthe new battery. Iwent tothis location where they actually found that Iwas given the wrong model from the other location. They were almost closed and still made sure Igot mynew upgraded battery and they made sure Igot everything Ineeded. Seriously made myday when Iwas dreading getting anew battery. Irecommend going here for any help!

Consistently good products and great service. Salesperson (Justin) even helped install wiper blades and ataillight ona cold Sunday morning.

Overall pleasant experience each time Ivisit O'Reilly's. The team isknowledgeable and eager tohelp with any questions. Myonly qualm isthe stocking ofthe shelves. Any cans with English/Spanish labels were ALL rotated sothat the Spanish side was showing. Iwas looking for starter fluid and walked passed the section anumber oftime because ofthis. Not abig deal, but also not quite appropriate.

Clean and well organized. Iasked for power steering fluid, and Jay made sure tocheck ifthat's what Ineeded for mycar's model, and heeven showed mewhere toput itin and how tocheck the level. Very helpful! ThanksJay!

I’m from out oftown and had issues with mybattery. Sam was sogreat tohelp meand even install the battery forme! There was even acustomer named Brian who stepped into help with the install because the battery was hard toget out and required 2people. And let’s behonest I’m awoman and inmy work clothes Iwas not toexcited tojump inand help but customer Brian and Sam got the job done! Thanks somuch!

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store isALMOST ALWAYS stocked with what Irequire tokeep myaged, arthritic old rides onthe road. Mostly Ifeel comfortable shopping there.

Went infor car cleaning supplies this morning. Iasked the guy what’s agood brand (because there was somany) and Itold him what Ineeded cleaned and hejust shrugged his shoulders and said Idon’t know.

Disappointed. Young man behind the counter using vulgar language inconversation with another co-worker. Very unprofessional. Iwould beconcerned bringing mychildren tothe store. Imade acomment tohim and overheard some snide remarks. Ihope they will dobetter atrealizing the affect such language can have. Time toraise the bar alittle.
