You definitely don't go there for the friendly service, BUT the bagels are yummy. The jalapeno bagel with pepperjack, ham, and egg is DELICIOUS. The cinnamon butter is great, too. No clue how anyone is saying Wegmans or Panera's bagels (while definitely good) are better than the breakfast sandwiches here...

I am with the Roosevelt Middle School PTSA, and today we had a bake sale during voting hours. I made a call to them around noon - thinking that an order had been placed for us. It turns out it was not, but Dave told me to come at 2pm and get what they have. I had no idea they meant so many bagels! We are so grateful. I am new to Erie, and have not had a chance to try them yet. Well I did today, and you have a new customer here! Thank you again. .

Service is exceptional even on days when they are really busy. The bagels have a great consistency and taste delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Jos is also very active in the community, donating hundreds of bagels to worthy causes. They are always available to prepare beautiful bagel gift baskets for any occasion. This place deserves all the business it gets and more.

To Die For!. I stopped into Jo's today for the First time. I was blown away! The service was outstanding. The bagels were amazing. I had a Breakfast sandwich and it was honestly the best i have ever had! I took a hld dozen to go and already ate two of them. I have had the poppy, Cheddar, and Spinach Asiago. They are so good! Panera Bread and Tim Hortons has Nothing on them!!! The atosphere is very nice s well. There is a radio, and TV playing, so i am not to sure what the earlier post meants about being quiet as a morgue. Anyhow to sum it all up, Jo's has the best bagels in the country as far as i am concerned! check out there baked goods as well.

While nothing about the place is fancy, the bagels are good and the homemade cream cheese was excellent.

Best bagels I've ever had. I always like to try different bagel places, but by far this is the best. I'm from the eastern side of the state and am happy I found this place.

Excellent selection of homemade bagels. The flavor combinations are spot on and the staff are so friendly. There are great options of breakfast sandwiches too!

Lots of fun bagels to choose from (dill pickle, apple pie, pizza) and they taste light and fresh. Can’t wait to try something else!
